Terms and Conditions

All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals.
Class packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Package validity may be extended for up to an additional 3 months, subject to an extension fee of AED 30 per month.
Any class cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Failure to attend a booked class, or cancelling/rescheduling within less than 6 hours of the class start time, will result in the session being deducted from the class package or the student’s make-up class allowance, based on the student’s package type.
Parents or guardians are responsible for promptly collecting their children at the end of each session. Superheroes Staff is not responsible for supervising children once their class has concluded.

A parent or guardian must accompany the child at all times while inside the facility and during the class.
Each child must be accompanied by one parent/guardian. For siblings or twins, each child must have a designated parent/guardian.
The parent/guardian must stay with and guide their child throughout the session and may not leave the child unattended at any time.
Both parent/guardian and child must remain within the designated Toddler Class area for the full duration of the session (45 minutes). Equipment outside of this area may not be used.
The assigned coach will provide instructions for each activity. Coaches may offer individual support when needed.
Parents/guardians are expected to continue guiding and engaging their child while the coach is assisting another participant.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the training area. Water bottles must remain closed when not in use.

I, the participant or parent/guardian listed below, acknowledge and agree to the following:

I (or my child) am voluntarily participating in fitness and training activities.
I confirm that I (or my child) am in good physical health and do not have any condition that would prevent safe participation.
I understand that physical activity carries some risks, including but not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, falls, equipment-related injuries.
I agree that I (or my child) may stop participation at any time if experiencing discomfort, dizziness, pain, or any other concern.
In consideration of participation, I release and discharge Superheroes LLC, its employees, contractors, trainers, service providers, and volunteers from any and all liability for injuries or damages that may occur as a result of participation in training activities.
I understand that this waiver applies to all future training sessions with Superheroes LLC.

I authorize Superheroes LLC staff to obtain medical assistance for me (or my child) if necessary.
I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical costs incurred.

I acknowledge that Superheroes LLC does not provide personal accident, medical, or health insurance.
I am responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for myself or my enrolled child if desired.

I accept full financial responsibility for any injuries sustained by myself (or my child) during participation.
I also accept financial responsibility for any injury or damage caused to others due to my (or my child’s) negligence.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superheroes LLC and its representatives from any resulting claims or liabilities.

I understand that training sessions may be photographed or recorded.
I consent to the use of these images/videos by Superheroes LLC for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, without compensation.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
